1-2-1 Classes
I offer private classes on a 1-2-1 or small group basis.
I will listen to what you hope to achieve from the practice of yoga and tailor the sessions to your requirements.
I draw on my experience from working in the field of mental health, my own practice and from up to date research with regards to the nervous system and its’ regulation.

Teen Yoga
In a world focused on achievement, attainment and piling on expectations at a young age, combined with changes in teens brain, bodies, social groups and relationships, it is little wonder why teens mental health is suffering. There is so much to absorb . Then there is the added pressure of social media and the many facets this brings I believe a non-judgemental place for teens explore who they are and to rest is vital.
As a Teenyoga teacher whose training was completed with Charlotte Martinus I am aware of the specific issues teens face. I have an understanding of teen brain development and ways to engage differing groups ranging from Pupil Referral Units (PRU) to sports clubs.
I have previously run sessions and workshops in schools, in collaboration with a local boxing club and with the ‘healthy holidays’ scheme. I also ran workshops with teens whom are unable to access college for varying reasons and young carers.
Please get in touch to discuss.

Corporate & Groups
One off workshops or regular sessions for staff health and wellbeing.
Happy to hear from any companies who are interested in investing in their workforce’s health.
We know taking time out to pause during the day makes for better clarity, better decision making and gives people a chance to connect whilst learning tools to assist their wellbeing.
Some previous work has included weekly sessions for staff at The Piece Hall in Halifax and for staff at a domestic violence charity.
-
Addiction Recovery
I facilitate regular sessions within recovery programmes as part of abstinence support and therapy.
I also run regular sessions with those not yet abstinent and living in purpose built accommodation for the homeless population.
These are trauma informed sessions which promote rest, recovery, re-connection, safety, resilience and tolerance. We use tools such as movement, mindfulness, meditation\visualisation, breath work, tapping and self-massage. The focus is on being open and experiencing the present moment, nervous system regulation and increasing a sense of safety.
